Moisture-Meter Readings

A close-up from page 6 documents a moisture-meter reading during the inspection.

The summary identifies elevated moisture readings in several areas and soft substrate at the rear wall, deck and side stoop. The report recommends further investigation and repairs at affected locations.

Understanding This Historical Sample

This report is dated November 21, 2010. It is provided to illustrate inspection documentation, photographs and reporting. Credentials, technical guidance and repair recommendations in the PDF reflect the original report and should not be treated as current specifications for another property.

The inspection used visual observations and moisture meters within the access and scope described in the report. It was not an exhaustive assessment of every area of the cladding, and the report is not a contractor bid document or repair work order.

The PDF references separate addenda and maintenance information that are not included in this sample download. The original report states that those materials form part of the complete report. This file should therefore be reviewed as a sample of the main report, rather than a complete project package.
